The story behind this model began with Ricardo and Victor, father and son and the shapers behind RM, wanting to create an easy and fun board for surfing smaller, weaker conditions. At the time, both were surfing less and returning from injuries.

What was originally intended to be a board for weaker surf quickly proved to be an excellent option for a wide variety of waves, becoming the favorite board in both of their quivers.

The model follows the same concept as the Magic Number, working almost like its older sister, with more volume and length. This extra volume comes mainly from the generous area and foam under the chest, providing more paddle power and confidence.

The bottom curve is smooth, allowing for long, effortless sessions with plenty of flow. This is one of the board's key features, helping surfers further develop their style and improve their lines.

Despite the added volume, the rails are carefully refined to make turning easy and responsive.

The bottom features a combination of a very subtle single concave flowing into a V-bottom, transitioning into a double concave around the fins to provide control and acceleration through turns.

The recommended fin setup is a twin, or a 2+1 for bigger conditions.

The result of this combination is a highly fun and easy-to-surf board with plenty of performance. A unique model within the RM range, it challenged many of Ricardo and Victor's previous concepts, becoming one of the favorite boards in the RM catalog. © RM Surf Designs
