How long do surfboards last?

This depends on how much you use your board, how well you look after it, what kind of waves you surf etc. etc. Really, it could last from 1 day or until it falls apart under your feet in 20 years. Unfortunately any surfboard can break quite easily. Combining an uncontrollable force that mother nature produces (the waves, sand banks, reef bottoms, rock bottoms, etc.) and a hand made surfboard, most of the time it’s hard to pinpoint how or what exactly caused a board to break. We do not guarantee any surfboard from breaking.

 

Does my surfboard come with fins?

No, our boards do not come with fins. You have the choice of FCS or FUTURES fin systems.

 

Do you offer EPS and/or Epoxy surfboards?

We offer both technologies. Check out our custom order page and click on the Info tab.

 

Can I order 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 fin plug set up in my custom?

Yes, you can order what ever you want on your custom order. If it doesn’t show available then please contact us.

 

What does the carbon patches at the tail of boards do? 

Carbon patches strengthen the rail of your board. You can order these on any custom made surfboard or choose not to have. They do protect your tails well though.

 

Can I get a spray on my custom?

Yes, you can. Email us with your own ideas!

 

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Yes, gift vouchers are now available for purchase. 

 

How long does it take to make a board?

As a general rule of stock boards usually take 4 weeks. However, this can take longer or shorter, depending on time of year, if you're getting a spray, an extra large blank etc. etc.

 

Can I change my order, if I change my mind?

If you do decide to change your mind, please contact us immediately. Depending on what you want changed, and the process your board is up to, it may be possible. Once the board has started production, we cannot change.

 

Can I return my order if I regret it?

You have the right to cancel or return any stock item within 14 days starting from the delivery date, and be refunded in full for your purchase. The item, however, must be returned in the exact same conditions in which you received it - unused and unmodified - in its original packaging. Please note, should the item be marked or in unsatisfactory conditions there may be a chance that we will not issue a refund. Also note, the right to cancellation DOES NOT apply to custom orders/customised boards.

 

How can I track my boards progress?

If you would like to know exactly where your board is up to, please feel free to email us. We can tell you exactly what stage your board is at.

 

What is your return policy?

What happens if I order an out-of-stock item?

We keep on top of our inventory levels as closely as possible. There may be rare occasions, on any given product, where a customer may purchase a product that is temporally out of stock. In this case we shall contact the customer immediately and give an estimated time of arrival, if they are happy to wait that’s great. On the occasion that the customer does not wish to receive the item any more due to the wait, we will fully refund the purchase immediately.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Price depends on where your surfboard(s) and products are being shipped. Please refer to our shipping options page.

 

How long does it take to ship a board?

It depends on 1) the type of your order (stock or custom), 2) the size of the items on your order and 3) your location. Custom orders can take 4-6 weeks to be completed and dispatched. Stock boards and other items in stock will be packed and dispatched within 2 working days. Shipment takes place using direct mail services. We will do our best to have your order delivered promptly. Check our timetable for an estimated delivery time in your location. Please note, the delivery time listed is an estimate only. If you have any questions please don't hesitate in contacting us.

 

How do you pack and ship your boards?

We take to upmost care when packing and sending your new baby. We will wrap it in bubble wrap, add foam around the rails, nose and tail, and then box it at a high standard of protection. We trust our couriers and delivery providers to take the same level of care.

 

How do I know my board has been shipped?

Once your board is shipped we will send through an email with all the details you need to track your precious cargo.
