WHERE DOES THE BASE SHIP TO?

Whether you are buying small items (accessories/apparel) or a board we have shipping covered for you in most European countries (islands included).

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

It depends on 1) the size of the item(s) you're ordering and 2) where you are in Europe. Check the price table below for specific shipment pricing in your location.

These tariffs apply to private customers only.

Please note that during final sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.

Also, due to COVID-19 we are seeing disruptions to some postal services, as there are strict corona measures in place, so please be aware that your order might therefore take longer to arrive. Anyway, if your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 business days and you haven’t received your order, please contact us so we can help you further.

Pick-up at our store is free and it can be made within 2 working days for stock boards and 4-6 weeks for custom boards. Check store location HERE.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

It depends on 1) the type of your order (stock or custom), 2) the size of the items on your order and 3) your location.

Custom orders can take 4 (PU) to 8 (EPS) weeks to be completed and dispatched.

Stock boards and other items in stock will be packed and dispatched within 2 working days.

Shipment takes place using direct mail services. We will do our best to have your order delivered promptly.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE THERE WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Yes, a signature is required for delivery. If you won’t be home please provide an alternate delivery address such as a work address or friend/relative. If this is not possible, your order will be returned to us and reshipping will take place at your discretion. When using a work address, make sure you clearly include your name and that of the business.  

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST OR DAMAGED OVER SHIPPING?

We will arrange a backorder or a full refund. All boards are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and foam and boxed at high standards of protection. Plus, our courier partners are extremely efficient and reliable. However, although we take all the necessary precautions, accidents can happen. In the event of your order getting lost or damaged while in transit, we will hold the shipping company accountable for a full refund. Alternatively, in the event of your order getting damaged, we will immediately arrange the return of the item purchased (we'll need your colaboration repacking it, learn more here) and provide you a free-of-charge backorder with top priority. 

WE ENDEAVOUR TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL ITEMS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE CURRENTLY IN STOCK AND PRICING IS TRUE AND CORRECT. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT AN ITEM’S PRICE IS INCORRECT, AN ORDERED PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE OR WE ARE SOMEHOW UNABLE TO FULFIL YOUR ORDER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS TO ARRANGE A BACKORDER OR A FULL REFUND.
