Whether you are ordering a new surfboard or just restocking on essential gear, we deliver to most European countries, including islands.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

To give you the fairest rate possible, delivery costs are calculated based on the destination and the size of your items (length and weight). Our rates are divided into two simple categories: 1) Surfboards & Wake surfboards, 2) Gear & Lifestyle (including accessories, board bags, surfskates, and apparel). Find your country in the pricing tables below to see your exact shipping rate and estimated delivery time.

Please note that during major sales events and the holiday season (November/December), delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 business days and your order has not arrived, please reach out to us so we can track it down for you. Want to skip the wait? HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery times depend on your destination, package dimensions, and whether you are purchasing a stock item or a custom-shaped board.

In-stock items and surfboards are packed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Custom orders can take 4-5 weeks to be completed and dispatched.

We partner with direct courier services to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE THERE WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Yes, a signature is required upon delivery. If you know you will not be home, please provide an alternative shipping address, such as your workplace or a friend/relative's home. If shipping to a business address, ensure you include both your full name and the company name. Please note that our courier partners will only attempt one re-delivery. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us (which can take up to 10 working days). We reserve the right to charge the full shipping fee to resend any order returned due to missed deliveries. Customers are fully responsible for entering correct address details. If a package is delivered incorrectly or returned due to an invalid address, any requested refund will be issued minus the original courier fees.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST OR DAMAGED OVER SHIPPING?

If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 business days, please contact us so we can investigate. In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen in transit, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any signs of shipping damage, do not accept the delivery. Alert the courier agent, take clear photos of the damaged box, and sign for the parcel as "received damaged". Afterward, contact our team right away. We will review the information and assist you as quickly as possible.

If you sign for the package and discover physical damage afterward, please contact us. We will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund, provided the issue is reported within our standard claim window and conditions. Please note that for damaged returns, items must be repackaged in their original delivery materials for courier collection.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT AN ITEM’S PRICE IS INCORRECT, AN ORDERED PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE OR WE ARE SOMEHOW UNABLE TO FULFIL YOUR ORDER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS TO ARRANGE A BACKORDER OR A FULL REFUND.
