WHERE DOES THE BASE SHIP TO?

Whether you are buying small items or a surfboard, we have shipping covered for you in most European countries (islands included).

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Delivery costs are based on the size of items (length and weight) and delivery destination. We have two different delivery cost structures. One for surfboards and a second for all other items (including surf accessories, surfboard bags, skateboards, apparel etc). Check the price table below for specific shipment pricing in your country.

These tariffs apply to private customers only.

Items may be subject to additional delivery costs depending on shipping location. We reserve the right to contact customers after orders have been placed to inform them of any delivery cost increase.

 

Please note that during final sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual. If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 business days and you haven’t received your order, please contact us so we can help you further.

Pick-up at our store is free and you can do it immediately for stock boards or in 2-4 weeks for custom boards. Check store location HERE.

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery times are based on the type of your order (stock or custom), the size of items (length and weight) and delivery destination.

Custom orders can take 2 (PU) to 4 (EPS) weeks to be completed and dispatched.

Stock boards and other items in stock will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Shipment takes place using direct mail services. We will do our best to have your order delivered promptly.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE THERE WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Yes, there must be someone at the delivery address to receive the parcel as a signature is required. If you won’t be home please provide an alternate delivery address such as a work address or friend/relative. When using a work address, make sure you clearly include your name and that of the business.  

Our courier partners will only attempt re-delivery once, after this the parcel will be returned to us - this may take up to 10 working days. We reserve the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.

Any incorrect address details input by the customer on their order that causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly will be at the liability of the customer. If you require a refund on items returned by the courier, this will be done minus the courier's fee.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST OR DAMAGED OVER SHIPPING?

If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 business days and you haven’t received your order, please contact us so we can help you further. We will happily arrange a backorder or a full refund if by any chance your order gets lost or stolen over shipping.

When the parcel gets delivered to you, please check your order immediately upon delivery. If the package shows any sign of having been damaged during shipment DO NOT sign the proof of delivery and actively alert the delivery agent. Take a picture of the package showing the damage and refuse to receive it, then contact us immediately. If you happen to sign for the package and notice the damage afterwards, please contact us immediately. In case of damage over shipping, we will happily arrange a backorder or a full refund as long as you report it correctly (see below). All boards are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and foam, and boxed at high standards of protection. Plus, our courier partners are extremely efficient and reliable. However, although we take all the necessary precautions, accidents can happen. In the event of your order getting lost or damaged while in transit, we will hold the shipping company accountable for a full refund. Alternatively, in the event of your order getting damaged, we will immediately arrange the return of the item purchased (we'll need your colaboration repacking it, learn more here) and provide you a free-of-charge backorder which will be handled with top priority. This implies your order will have to be picked up by the courier in its original packaging, in the conditions in which you received it. Please note these are exceptional situations; contact us if your replacement item takes longer than expected.

 

HOW SHOULD I REPORT DEFECTIVE AND/OR DAMAGED ORDERS?

Manufacturing defects or damages to any order (including surfboards) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and before the products are used. We cannot address claims for defect/damage after 24 hours of delivery or after any use. Any defects/damages reported after 24 hours of delivery, or that have been moved from the surfboard's delivery address, are unfortunately not eligible for a claim.

All our surfboards are packaged very thoroughly and are handled with care throughout the ordering and delivery process. However, due to the fragile nature of surfboards, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU INSPECT THE PACKAGE CAREFULLY. IF THERE IS ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE DO NOT TAKE THE ORDER. If in doubt, request the courier agent to photograph the damage and then sign for the parcel as damaged.

Please email us immediatly attaching pictures of the item or surfboard showing the manufacturing defect or shipping damage, so we can help you further.

 

 

WE ENDEAVOUR TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL ITEMS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE CURRENTLY IN STOCK AND PRICING IS TRUE AND CORRECT. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT AN ITEM’S PRICE IS INCORRECT, AN ORDERED PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE OR WE ARE SOMEHOW UNABLE TO FULFIL YOUR ORDER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS TO ARRANGE A BACKORDER OR A FULL REFUND.

TAX REFUND - TAX FREE SHOPPING

Did you know that if you reside outside the European Union you are entitled to a refund of the VAT (Value Added Tax) paid in our store?

When paying for purchases over 61,50 EUR, ask for a Global Blue Tax Free FormĀ and, on the day of departure, get everything taken care of at the airport.


Tax Free Shopping in 3 steps:

1. Form Issuance: when shopping in our store, you will pay full amount (including VAT) and get a Global Blue Tax-Free Form. Fill out the form with the required information.

2. Customs Validation: at the airport, when leaving the EU, go to the nearest CustomsĀ or self- validation Kiosk and present your filled-out Tax Free Form, passport, and original purchase receipts for validation. Goods should be kept unused and available for inspection.

3. VAT Tax Refund: add your payment details online to receive the refund automatically. If you prefer, find a nearby Refund Office displaying the Global Blue star logo, present your validated Tax Free Form and passport, and receive your refund in cash. The refund paid is the VAT value deducted from Global Blue's service fee.
