Full Carbon boards are stringerless EPS blanks which are vacuum bagged completely wrapped in Carbon Fiber with 4oz fiberglass cloth under it on the deck. Bottom: Single layer of 3K Biaxial Carbon Fiber with clear Epoxy resin; Deck: 1 x layer of 4oz fiberglass cloth, 1 x layer of 3K Biaxial Carbon fiber with clear Epoxy resin. 

The vacuum bagging technique utilizes the best environmental practices and creates a unique combination of flex, ultra light-weight and durability that is unlike any other construction you will find. SharpEye team riders have boards that have barely dented on the decks after dozens of sessions and countless airs.
