eps / epoxy stringerless

A stringerless EPS foam blank is shaped and glassed using epoxy resin with one layer of four ounce fibreglass and one layer of five ounce biaxial cloth on the deck, and then on the bottom is one layer of four ounce fibreglass. Usually added with a carbon stringer patch to reinforce the board in its core. This construction provides flex, which translates for a light and poppy feel. It has proven to be long-lasting and durable. It is built strong, resisting natural stress and tension.
