Our promise is to get your custom order ready within 10 working days.

But please note that depending on the type of board, chosen construction and special finishing requests, such as custom paintings, resin tints, polishing, etc. which require experienced manual craftmanship, it may take a little longer, especially at peak ordering times. Our production process starts soon after receiving your order. All data is reviewed by our staff and then forward to the shaper that will design the board specifically according to your details, our first manufacturing step. Please note that some production steps take longer than others, and it is normal for the board to stay several days at a given step.
